Thermal & Night Vision Diagnostic & Evaluation Service
This diagnostic and evaluation service is available for malfunctioning thermal imaging and night vision equipment. Current turnaround time is 7-10 business days.
Our technicians will bench test and evaluate your device to identify potential failures and performance issues. Upon completion of the evaluation, we will provide a diagnostic report outlining our findings, recommended repairs, estimated costs, and the scope of work required.
We evaluate and service equipment from a wide variety of manufacturers, including thermal weapon sights, scanners, clip-ons, monoculars, night vision devices, and related electro-optical equipment.
Common issues include:
• No power
• Broken charging or video ports
• No display or image issues
• Excessive battery drain
• Physical damage
• Loss of zero or shifting point of impact
• Cracked germanium lenses
• Damaged eyepieces or optics
• Firmware and communication issues
• Environmental sealing concerns
Service includes UPS Ground return shipping.
